ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for direction directing the first respondent to consider the representation submitted by the petitioner 24.05.2024.

2. Heard and perused the materials available on record.

3. The contention of the petitioner is that the petitioner is the resident of

the 6th respondent Panchayat viz., Navani Thottakur Panchayat and he received information under the Right to Information Act. Accordingly, the fifth respondent conducted an enquiry and the report submitted by the fifth respondent was no complied with so far. During audit, the fifth respondent found that there was irregularity and even then the said irregularities are not complied with so far by the 6th respondent.

4. Therefore, the petitioner submitted a representation before the first respondent to conduct an enquiry as against the 6th respondent as per the report submitted by the fifth respondent.

5. Considering the above facts and circumstances of the case, the third respondent is directed to conduct an enquiry, after issuance of notice to the 6th respondent and after giving an opportunity of hearing, pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6. With the above directions, this writ petition is disposed of. There shall

be no order as to costs.
