During the course of hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the sole petitioner died and they informed the Lrs of the deceased petitioner by way of letter dated 22.02.2024 to send for their instructions to express their willingness to prosecute this case or not. But till date they did not receive any instructions from them. Learned counsel further submits that they have filed a memo before the registry vide SR.No.36014 of 2014 stating the said fact and accordingly, the learned counsel requested to close the writ petition as abated. The statement of the learned counsel for the petitioner is placed on record.

2. In view of the same, this Writ Petition is closed as abated.

3. There shall be no order as to costs.
