and SUNDER MOHAN, J (Order of the Court made by M. DURAISWAMY, J) Mr.S.Chakkaravarthi, learned counsel, who had entered appearance in the connected Original Side Appeal in O.S.A.No.168 of 2022, undertakes to file vakalat for the respondent.

On instructions, the learned counsel submitted that he has no objection for condoning the delay of 68 days in filing the appeal.

2. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the respondent and also being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the above petition, the delay is condoned.
