2. In light of the order dated 10.03.2021, this writ petition is allowed and the impugned order stands quashed. As regards the impugned order itself, the petitioner is at liberty to challenge the same to the extent to which it is adverse to it, in accordance with law. Connected miscellaneous petition is closed. No costs.
