ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner who was arrested on 06.08.2021 and remanded to judicial custody for the offences under Section 154 of Cr.P.C in Crime No.1184 of 2021 on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.
2.The case of the prosecution is that the defacto complainant is having previous enmity with the petitioner regarding money transactions. Due to which the petitioner along with other accused allegedly attacked the deceased with knife and caused severe injuries, thereby the deceased succumbed to the injuries. Hence the law enforcing agency registered a case against the petitioner.
3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner had not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution and he has been falsely implicated in this case. Hence he prays for grant of bail to the petitioner. 4.The learned Government Advocate would submit that there are nine previous case pending against the petitioner and the petitioner is a history sheeter. Hence he vehemently opposed for grant of bail to the petitioner.

6. Taking into consideration the gravity of offence committed by the petitioner there are nine previous case pending against the petitioner and the petitioner is a history sheeter, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
