The petitioner has filed this writ petition challenging the order of the 3rd respondent dated 15.04.2013, directing the petitioner to pay arrears amount.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader (HR & CE) appearing for the respondents.

3. It is represented by both the counsels that the petitioner had already paid the entire arrears amount and the proceeding is pending before the first respondent under Section 78 of the Tamil Nadu Hindu Religious and Charitable Endowments Act.

4. In the light of the above submissions, this Court is of the opinion that no further adjudication is required in this writ petition and hence, the writ petition is closed. No costs.
