ORDER
In response to the notice issued by this Court, the respondents filed counter affidavit contending that the amounts which were directed to be paid in 1/3
terms of the order dated 14.03.2018 passed in W.P.No.23964 of 2012 has already been paid to the petitioner in the year 2014 itself. There appears to be a dispute about the quantum of the amount, which cannot be gone into by this Court in contempt proceedings.

In view of the same, this Court is not inclined to proceed any further in the contempt petition and accordingly, the contempt petition is closed. However, in case the petitioner has got any grievance or claims to be of the view that there are further amounts due to him, the petitioner is granted liberty to make a representation within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On submission of such representation, the respondents shall consider the same and pass appropriate orders within a further period of six weeks from the date of such representation. 20.01.2025 Index : Yes / No Internet : Yes / No dpa 2/3
