[Order of the Court was made by M.SUNDAR, J.,] When the captioned 'Writ Petition' (hereinafter 'WP' for the sake of brevity) was taken up, Mr.R.Vijendran, learned counsel on record for writ petitioner, Mr.T.K.Saravanan, learned Additional Government Pleader for R1 and R3 and Mr.E.Sundaram, learned Government Advocate for R2 are before us.
2. Learned counsel on both sides submit in one voice that the captioned matter is directly and squarely covered by an order dated 11.06.2025 made in W.P.No.19375 of 2025 and W.M.P. No.21628 of 2025 thereat. A scanned reproduction of this 11.06.2025 order is as follows:

3. Aforementioned common submission makes the task of disposal of captioned WP simple. Suffice to say that captioned WP will stand governed by earlier order in Pandurangan case (supra) but as regards paragraph 5 of Pandurangan case order, as representation dated 24.03.2025 in the instant case is for survey, all points raised in the representation can now be raised by the writ petitioner in response to show cause notice issued under Section 7 of The Tamil Nadu Land Encroachment Act, 1905 (Tamil Nadu Act III of 1905). This would be the variation qua paragraph 5 of the earlier Pandurangan case order (supra).
4. Captioned WP is disposed of in the aforesaid manner. Consequently, captioned Writ Miscellaneous Petition (WMP) thereat is disposed of as closed. There shall be no order as to costs. (M.S.,J.) (H.C.,J.) 18.06.2025 Index : Yes / No mmi Page Nos.7/9
