ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest for the alleged offence under Sections 465, 468, 471 and 109 IPC in Cr.No.582 of 2021, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that the defacto complainant, who was Block Development Officer (BDO) lodged a complaint against the petitioner/A-2, who was working as a block manager alleging that she along with the co-accused has collected a sum of Rs.3,500/- from each person to the tune of Rs.87,500/- and provided fake driving license for two wheelers to the women welfare groups. Hence, the law enforcing agency registered a case against the petitioner. 3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution and he has been falsely implicated in this case. 4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that earlier this Court had dismissed the anticipatory bail application of the co-accused/A-1. It is submitted that investigation is pending. Hence, he vehemently opposed to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the gravity of offence committed by the petitioner and investigation is still pending, this court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
