The above civil miscellaneous petition is filed to condone the delay of 168 days in filing the writ appeal.

2. Respondent Nos. 1 to 13 are represented by a counsel. There is no representation on behalf of respondent Nos. 14 to 16. However, their names have been printed in the cause list. Hence, service is deemed to be complete. Learned counsel for respondent Nos. 1 to 13 has no objection for condoning the delay.

Having been satisfied with the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit and in view of "No Objection" expressed by the learned counsel for the respondent Nos, 1 to 13, the delay is condoned and the petition is ordered as prayed for.
