CRIME NO.722 OF 2021.

Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition of directing the petitioner to report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders, imposed in the order passed in Crl.O.P.No.12595 of 2021 dated 26/07/2021 and thus render justice.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.S.B.VISWANATHAN, Advocate for the Petitioner and of MR. A.GOPINATH, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- Vide order dated 26.07.2021 this Court had granted anticipatory bail on certain conditions and in one of the conditions, the petitioner was directed to appear before the respondent Police daily at 10.30 a.m until further orders.

2. This petition has been filed seeking relaxation of the said condition.

3. Learned Addl. Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent, on instruction, submits that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions without fail.

3. In view of the above submission, this Court is of the considered view that the prayer as sought for by the petitioner could be acceded to.

4. Accordingly, the condition insofar as appearance as imposed by order dated 26.07.2021 alone stands modified and the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police on every Monday at 10.30 a.m. till the investigation is completed and charge sheet is filed and thereafter, shall appear before the concerned trial Court on each and every date of hearing.
