COMMON ORDER A perusal of the records shows that these matters have been amicably settled between the parties before the Tamil Nadu Mediation and Conciliation Centre, High Court, Madras on 14.02.2022.

2. In view of the same, the Criminal Revision Cases are allowed and the conviction and sentence passed by both the Courts below are set aside. No costs. Consequently, the connected criminal miscellaneous petitions are closed.
