(i) relax the condition imposed by order dated 28.07.2021 by this Hon'ble Court in Crl.O.P.No.3115 of 2020 that the petitioner shall report before the Respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders. [IN CRL.M.P.No.9939 of 2021] (ii) relax the condition imposed by this Hon'ble Court by order dated 28.07.2021 in Crl.O.P.No.3781 of 2020 that the petitioner shall report before the Respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders. [IN CRL.M.P.No.9940 of 2021 ] Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. L.MOULI, Advocate for the Petitioner [IN CRL.M.P.No.9940 of 2021 IN CRL.O.P.No.3115 of 2020 ] and M/S.P.RAVI SHANKAR RAO, Advocate for the Petitioner [IN CRL.M.P.No.9940 of 2021 IN CRL.O.P.No.3781 of 2020] and of MR. A.

GOPINATH, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondents [IN BOTH THE PETITIONS] the court made the following order:- Vide order dated 28.07.2021, this Court had enlarged the petitioners on bail on certain conditions. This petition has been filed by the petitioners seeking relaxation of the conditions.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent, on instruction, submits that the petitioners have been complying with the conditions without fail.

3. In view of the above submission, this Court is of the considered view that the prayer as sought for by the petitioners could be acceded to.

4. Accordingly, the condition insofar as appearance as imposed by order dated 28.07.2021 alone stands relaxed and the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
