This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.OP.No.9026/2023 vide order dated 04.05.2023 that petitioner shall report before the II Addl. Special Judge for EC and NDPS Act cases, Chennai on all working days at 10.30 am and also respondent police on every Saturday at 6.30 pm until further orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that, the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission and having satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified and the petitioner is directed to appear before the II Addl. Special Judge for EC and NDPS Act cases, Chennai once in a week i.e., on every Monday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
