2.This application is filed seeking for a direction directing the respondent to include the offences punishable under sections 307, 149, 120(b), 294(b), 323, 324, 326 and 506(ii) of I.P.C. in crime No.1935 of 2013 pending on the file of respondent police. 3.It is submitted by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that investigation is pending and after completing investigation depending upon the statement given by the witnesses and the materials collected during investigation final report will be filed by including the relevant sections.

4.As investigation is pending and final report is not yet filed, the relief sought for in this petition cannot be entertained. Hence, this criminal original petition is dismissed.
