ORDER
The criminal original petition has been filed to direct the respondent to register the petitioner's complaint dated 16.10.2019.
2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner lodged a complaint on 16.10.2019, despite cognizable offence is being made out, the respondent police has not taken any action.
3.The learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) submits that in this case, on the complaint of the petitioner, enquiry conducted and closed on 01.10.2021.
4.Further, counsel for the petitioner submits that no closure report has been served to the petitioner in this regard.
5.In view of the same, the criminal original petition is closed and the respondent police is directed to serve the copy of the closure report to the petitioner.
