PRAYER: Civil Revision Petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India to call for the entire records in Indigent OP No.1 of 2015 on the file of the Principal District Judge, Chengalpattu, leading to the impugned order dated 14.06.2023 passed in Indigent O.P.No.1 of 2015 and to set aside the order.

ORDER

Ms.R.Ramya, learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that this civil revision petition is filed against the order dated 14.06.2023 passed in Indigent O.P.No.1 of 2015. She would further submit that the Indigent O.P. itself was dismissed on merits.

2. Mr.Ashok Menon, learned counsel for the respondents no.1 to 15 and Mr.B.Tamilnidhi, learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondent no.16 are present.

3. Recording the said submissions, as the O.P itself was disposed of Page No.2/4

and nothing survives for adjudication, this Civil Revision Petition stands disposed of. There is no order as to costs.
