This Petition has been filed to receive the additional affidavit of documents filed by the Plaintiff by condoning the 10 days delay in C.S.No.336 of 2020.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the Applicant.

3.Having satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this Application and the submissions made by the learned counsel for the Applicant, this Application is ordered subject to the proof and admissibility of the documents. The learned Master shall decide the admissibility of the documents.

5.Post the matter before the learned Additional Master III on 28.08.2024 for recording evidence.

6.After recording evidence, the matter may be listed before this Court.
