ORDER
This Criminal Revision petition has been filed by the petitioner to call for the records in connected with the order dated 10.04.2021 in S.T.C.No. 1970 of 2019 passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate No. II, Mannargudi and enhance the punishment to the maximum tenner provided.
2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for for the petitioner sought permission of this Court to withdraw this petition with liberty to the petitioner to work out her remedy in the manner known to law. An endorsement to the said effect was also made by the learned counsel for the petitioner in the petition today.
3. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Criminal Revision Petition stands dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to work out her remedy in the manner known to law.
