This petition has been filed to relax the condition to report before the respondent police everyday at 10.30 a.m. until further orders made in the order dated 26.04.2023 in Crl.OP.No.32247/2022.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that, the petitioners are complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission and having satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit, the condition imposed on the petitioners is modified and the petitioners are directed to appear before the respondent police once in a week i.e., on every Monday at 10.00 a.m., until further orders.
