3665 of 2008 is pending without progress from the year 2008 i.e. for the past ten years. Hence, the XV Metropolitan Magistrate Court, George Town, Chennai is directed to complete the Trial and to dispose of C.C.No.3665 of 2008 within two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
