ORDER

The petitioner claims that an electricity connection has been provided to the third respondent, who has unauthorizedly occupied her property. She has therefore, approached the second respondent with her representation dated 04.03.2023 and submits that no action has been taken on the same. 2.Mr.L.Jaivenkatesh, learned Standing Counsel for Tamil Nadu Electricity Board takes notice for the respondents 1 and 2. 3.The second respondent is now required to hold an enquiry on the representation/complaint of the petitioner dated 04.03.2023 after hearing all those who are likely to be affected by his decision and dispose of the same within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
