This petition has been filed to modify the condition in 7(b) imposed upon the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.12697 of 2023 dated 12.06.2023.

2.Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the first petitioner is the Government employee and all the petitioners are residing a Vyasarpadi and they find it difficult to appear before the respondent police viz., The Inspector of police, All Women Police Station, Melmaruvathur.

3. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioners are not complying with the conditions.

4. Considering the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the condition 7 (b) imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.12697 of 2023 dated 12.06.2023 alone is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall report before the respondent police every Saturday at 6.30p.m., until further orders.

5. With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered.
