Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 2nd and 3rd respondents to cancel the patta issued in the name of the petitioner with respect to the property in Sri Balaji Nagar vacant plot House site No. 4 comprised in S.No. 359/3B to a total

ORDER
This writ petition has been filed to direct the respondents to consider the petitioner's representations dated 05.11.2025 & 17.03.2026.
2. Mr.M.Guruprasad, learned Government's counsel, takes notice on behalf of the respondents 1 to 3 and Mr.D.Yashwanth Rajan, learned Govt's counsel, takes notice on behalf o the 4th respondent.
3. By consent of the parties, the main petition is taken up for disposal in the stage of admission itself.
4. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that in this case, the petitioner filed a representations dated 05.11.2025 & 17.03.2026 before the respondents 1 & 3, requesting them to cancel the patta issued in name of the
petitioner in respect of the subject property. However, the said representation was not at all considered by the respondents 2 & 3 till date. Hence, this petition.
5. In reply, the learned counsel for the respondent would submit that the petitioner's representation will be disposed of within a period of 12 weeks and hence, he requests this Court to pass appropriate orders.
6. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as the respondent and also perused the entire materials available on record.
7. In view of the above, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, this Court directs the concerned respondent to consider the representations of the petitioner dated 05.11.2025 & 17.03.2026 and after issuing notice to all the concerned parties, dispose of the same, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
