PRAYER: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Habeas Corpus, to call for the records of the 2nd respondent herein in C3/D.O./56/2024 dated 19.06.2024 quash the same and direct the respondent police herein to produce the body of the detenue Mr.Elayaraja, son of Murugesan, aged 35 years, detained as "Sand Offender" and confined in Central Prison, Cuddalore, before this Court and set him at liberty.
