O R D E R
(The case has been heard through video conference) The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences under Section 341 of IPC, in Crime No.1671 of 2020 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.
2. The case of the prosecution is that due to wordy quarrel between the petitioner and the defacto complainant, the petitioner had abused the defacto complainant and also intimidated him. Hence, the complaint.
3. This is the second anticipatory bail applications. This Court, by an order dated 19.11.2020 in Crl.O.P.No.18197 of 2020 finding that the petitioner has got six previous cases, out of which one is under Section 397 of IPC and another one is under Section 420 of IPC and the other three cases are under Section 379 of IPC had dismissed the same.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner would seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Criminal Original Petition.
5. Heard the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.
6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also the fact that the petitioner had got six previous cases pending, there is no change of circumstances, this Court is not inclined to grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
