Respondents Prayer:- This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to consider the petitioner's application dated 26.04.2013 for enrollment in view of representation dated 01.06.2016 and direct them to enroll the petitioner in the rolls of the bar council of Tamil Nadu and Pondicherry. This Writ Petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking a direction to the respondents to consider his representation dated 01.06.2016.

2. It appears from the records that the enrollment application of the petitioner was rejected earlier on 13.03.2014, on the ground of non-discloser of material fact. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that a final report has already been filed by the jurisdictional police on 21.01.2016, which is also pending consideration on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate Court, Thiruthuraipoondi.

3. Learned counsel appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 submits that the jurisdictional Magistrate is yet to take appropriate steps on the final report filed by the police.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner further submitted that after appropriate orders are passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate, by following due procedure, the same would be produced before the respondents and based upon the orders, decision ought to be taken by the respondents.

5. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of, by directing the respondents to pass appropriate orders, within a period of four weeks from the date of submission of the enrollment application of the petitioner, to be filed along with the orders from the learned Judicial Magistrate.
