ORDER

(This case has been heard through video conference) The prayer sought in this petition is that despite final report in Crime No.31 of 2020 filed on 25.04.2021, the learned II Additional Sessions and Special Court for NDPS and EC ACT Cases at Chennai is yet to take the case on file. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent would submit that the petitioner is found in possession of two bags of narcotic drug contraband, which is a commercial quantity along with three other accused. In this case, investigation completed and charge sheet filed. Now the same was taken on file in C.C.No. 131 of 2021 on 12.05.2021. He would further submit that the respondent police would produce witnesses as and when directed by the trial court and delay would not be on the part of respondent.

3. Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
