This petition has been filed to relax the conditions imposed to the petitioner i.e., petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police on every Saturday at 10.00 a.m. until further orders in Crl.M.P.No.7328 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.8796 of 2023 its by order dated 25.05.2023

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that, the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission and having satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified and the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police once in a month i.e., 1st Saturday at 10.00 a.m., until further orders.
