In O.A.Nos.611 to 613 of 2023 all the respondents have been duly served. The 3rd respondent / 3rd defendant has already been set exparte by this Court on 06.10.2023. The 2nd respondent / 2nd defendant has entered appearance through a learned counsel, whose name is printed in the cause list today. However, the 1st respondent / 1st defendant remains unrepresented though the name of the 1st respondent / 1st defendant is printed in the cause list today. The plaintiff is having the benefit of an interim order in O.A.Nos.611 to 613 of 2023 which has been periodically extended by this Court until further orders.
Since there is no representation on the side of the respondents and in view of the fact that the plaintiff is having the benefit of the interim order, which has been extended periodically, the interim injunction granted by this Court in O.A.Nos.611 to 613 of 2023 is made absolute and O.A.Nos.611 to 613 of 2023 is allowed as prayed for.
