Respondents PRAYER : Writ Petition filed Under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents 1 to 5 herein to take legal action by removing the DMK Flag along with the Compound Wall surrounding the same, which have been illegally erected on the Petitioner's ancestral Natham Patta land by considering the Petitioner's representation dated 06.07.2018.

The prayer sought for in this Writ Petition is for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus to direct the respondents 1 to 5 herein to take legal action in removing the DMK Flag along with the compound wall therein on the Petitioner's ancestral Natham Patta land by considering his representation dated 06.07.2018.
2. According to the learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner has submitted a representation dated 06.07.2018 seeking to take legal action to remove the DMK flag along with the compound wall put up on the petitioner's ancestral land, but the same is yet to be disposed of by the respondents. Hence, the petitioner has filed this Writ Petition.
3. Heard Mr.E.Balamurugan, learned Special Government Pleader on behalf of the respondents 1 to 5.
4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions made on either side, this Court, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the representation, directs the respondents 1 to 5 to consider the petitioner's representation dated 06.07.2018 and pass appropriate orders, on merits and in accordance with law, after issuing notice to the petitioner, the sixth respondent herein as well as any of the interested parties and also affording them an opportunity of personal hearing within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
5. With the above directions, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
