ORDER

This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking relaxation of the condition passed in Crl.O.P.No.10512 of 2026 dated 29.04.2026.

2. There is no representation for the petitioner.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly.

4. Considering the aforesaid submission and the nature of the offence, the condition imposed in paragraph No.4(b) of the order passed in Crl.O.P.No.10512 of 2026 dated 29.04.2026 is modified to the effect that "the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on every alternate day at 06.30 p.m., until further orders". The other conditions shall remain unaltered.

5. Accordingly, this criminal miscellaneous petition is ordered. 15.06.2026 cda 2/4
