ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking a direction to the learned Sub Court, Sirkali to expeditiously dispose of O.S.No.70 of 2023 pending on the file of the learned Sub Court, Sirkali.

2. Pursuant to my order dated 16.06.2025, the learned District and Sessions Judge, Mayiladuthurai, in D.No.3172/2025, dated 27.06.2025 has sought for two months time to dispose of the suit finally.

3. In view of the limited request sought for by the petitioner, notice to the respondents is dispensed with.

4. Considering the said report, this Revision is allowed with a direction to the learned Sub Judge, Sirkali to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.70 of 2023 on or before 30.08.2025. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
