These Writ Miscellaneous Petitions have been filed to clarify the earlier common Order passed by this Court in Writ Petitions in W.P.Nos.11313 and 11316 of 2021 dated 02.06.2021.

2. The only grievance of the petitioner is that the police is not taking any action as it has been mentioned in the Order dated 02.06.2021 that dispute between the parties appears to be civil dispute.

3. In view of the above submissions, it is directed that if any cognizable offence is made out, the investigating agency shall proceed as per law.

4. These Writ Miscellaneous Petitions are Ordered accordingly.
