This petition has been filed to extend the time imposed on the petitioners to execute the bond and sureties by this Court, vide order dated 08.05.2025 in Crl.O.P.No.13761 of 2025.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, submissions made on both sides, this petition is ordered and time is extended by two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order, to comply with the conditions imposed on the petitioner, as per the order of this Court in Crl.O.P. No.13761 of 2025 dated 08.05.2025. It is made clear that no further extension of time will be granted and if the petitioners have not complied with the aforesaid conditions, the anticipatory bail granted to the petitioners will automatically stands cancelled. 08.07.2025 stn To The Inspector of Police, Kandili Police Station, Thirupathur District.
