ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking relaxation of the condition imposed on the petitioner in Para No.4(b) in Crl.O.P.No.10364 of 2026 vide order of this Court dated 29.04.2026.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly.

3. Considering the nature of the offence, the condition imposed in paragraph No.4(b) of the order dated 29.04.2026 made in Crl.O.P.No.10364 of 2026 is modified to the effect that "the petitioner shall report before the Respondent Police once a month, on Mondays at 10.30 a.m., until further orders". The other conditions shall remain unaltered.

4. Accordingly, this criminal miscellaneous petition is ordered. 08-06-2026 vum Index:Yes/No Speaking/Non-speaking order To 1.The Sub Inspector of Police, Vaniyambadi, Tirupathur District.
