C.M.P.Nos.6788 and 6789 of 2016 in S.A.SR.Nos.17935 and 17936 of 2007 T.MATHIVANAN.J., These petitions are filed by the appellant to condone the delay of 3145 days in representing the above appeals.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.

3.Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner and also having satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit, these petitions are allowed subject to the condition on payment of costs of Rs.2,500/- to the High Court Legal Services Committee, Chennai within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, failing which the petition shall stand dismissed automatically without any reference to this Court.
