This petition has been filed to Relax the bail condition that the petitioner 1, 3, 4, 5, 7 and 8 are directed to appear before the respondent police on the 1st of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders imposed on the petitioners in Crl.MP.17584/2022 in Crl.OP.24800/2022 dated 22.11.2022.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that, investigation is completed and final report is filed.

3. Considering the said submission of the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side), the condition imposed on the petitioners is relaxed. However, the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation, on receipt of summons.
