ORDER

This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is filed to relax the condition in para No.6 (b) imposed

by this Court, in Crl.O.P.No.12842 of 2025 dated 25.04.2025. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) appearing for the respondent Police states that investigation is on verge of completion and if the petitioner report to the respondent Police regularly for ten days, investigation will be completed and final report will be filed.

3.Recording the same, the condition is modified to the effect that, "the petitioner is directed to report before the respondent Police every Monday until further orders". 4.Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered. 11-08-2025 ep
