3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner was regular in appearing before the trial Court and co-operated for the trial. On 14.11.2018, he could not appear due to ill health. The petitioner is in jail for the past 18 months. Hence, he prays for grant of bail to the petitioner. 4.The learned Government Advocate submitted that this is the third bail application filed by the petitioner and this Court has already dismissed the earlier bail applications. If the bail is granted to the petitioner at this stage, there is every possibility that he will abscond again. Hence, he vehemently opposed for grant of bail to the petitioner.
5. Considering the gravity of offence committed by the petitioner and there is no change of circumstances in this case, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. 6.Accordingly, this criminal original petition is dismissed. -sd/- 26/10/2021 This order, on being produced, be punctually observed and carried into execution by all concerned TRUE COPY Sub-Assistant Registrar (Statistics/C.S.)
