The revision petitioner is the petitioner in HMOP.No.636 of 2015 on the file of the learned Subordinate Judge, Tambaram, Kancheepuram District. He filed HMOP for dissolution of marriage and the said petition was dismissed for default on 29.09.2021. During the pendency of the said HMOP, the revision petitioner filed I.A.Nos.144 and 145 of 2021 in HMOP.No.636 of 2015 to summon the medical officer attached to Sri Ramachandra Medical College and Hospital and to produce the medical report of the respondent, K.G.Vineetha. The said petition was dismissed with costs of Rs.20,000/- payable to the respondent, as against which, the present Civil Revision Petitions have 2/4

been filed.

Since the HMOP.No.636 of 2015 itself is dismissed for default, nothing survives for further adjudication in the instant CRPs. Therefore, both the Civil Revision Petitions are dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. 10.11.2022 AT Index : No Speaking order/Non-speaking order To The Subordinate Judge, Tambaram, Kancheepuram District.
