[Order of the Court was made by M.SUNDAR, J.] Captioned 'Writ Miscellaneous Petition' (hereinafter 'WMP' for the sake of brevity) has been filed to implead the WMP petitioner as fifth respondent in the captioned writ petition.

2. Mr.C.Prabakaran, learned counsel on record for WMP petitioner, Mr.N.Ganesh, learned counsel for R1 to R3, Mr.T.K.Saravanan, learned Additional Government Pleader for R4, R5 and R7 and Mr.R.Gopinath, learned Standing Counsel for R6 are before this Court.

3. Captioned WMP is not opposed by any of the respondents. However, the respondents submit that their rights and contentions may be preserved and the respondents not opposing the implead prayer shall not be construed as conceding any right or contention. This request is acceded to.
