A.Nos.3605, 3606, 3608, 3610, 3611, 3612, 3613, 3614 & 3615 of 2024 in OP. No.812 of 1998 and A. No.76186 of 2023 P.B.BALAJI, J., A.Nos.3605, 3610 & 3613 of 2024 are filed to condone the delay of 752 days, 1324 days & 19 days in filing the Application to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the 2nd respondent, 3rd respondent & 5th respondent in A.No.6186 of 2023 in O.P. No.812 of 1998; A.Nos.3606, 3611 & 3614 of 2024 are filed to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of respondents 2, 3 & 5 and A.Nos.3608, 3612 & 3615 are filed to bring on record the legal heirs of deceased respondents 2, 3 & 5 as respondents 3 & 4.
2. These Applications are not opposed by any of the respondents and it is seen that none of the respondents have chosen to appear and contest the proceedings as on date. I have gone through the common affidavit filed in support of the above Applications and I am satisfied with the reasons assigned for the delay in not filing these Applications within time. Accordingly, these Applications are allowed.

3. The learned counsel for the Petitioner is directed to carry out the necessary amendments in the cause title and file an amended copy of the plaint, within two weeks.
4. Registry is therefore directed to issue summons to the newly added respondents returnable by 23.09.2024.
