(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) The petition was filed on a perceived threat that there would be action by the respondents to close down the poultry farm of the petitioner without due process of law.

2. In fact, nothing has happened on account of interim orders and we are not inclined to entertain this petition. The petition is dismissed. No costs. Consequently, M.P.Nos.1 of 2013 and 1 of 2014 are closed.
