ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to conduct the enquiry on the petitioner's representation dated 08.01.2018. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has made a representation as against the Delivery Order passed by the first respondent in favour of one Govindaraj, S/o.V.R.Chakarapani, who is the fifth respondent herein. However, the very same dispute is pending before this Court in a Civil Revision Petition. Hence, he seeks permission of this Court to implead himself as a party in the Civil Revision Petition.

3.In view of the fair stand taken by the petitioner, this writ petition is disposed of granting liberty to the petitioner to workout his remedy in the manner known to law. No Costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
