O R D E R

The wife seeks transfer of HMOP No.89 of 2021 filed by the husband on the file of the Sub Court, Chidambaram to the Principal Sub Court, Virudhachalam.

2. The transfer is sought for solely on the ground of convenience of the wife who is shown to be a resident of Virudhachalam in Cuddalore. It is also stated that the husband is working in TNPSC at Chennai.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the respondent would submit that he apprehend threat to his life if he is to go to Virudhachalam since the family of the wife is very influential.

4. Considering the convenience of the wife as well as that of the husband, I am of the opinion that OP could be transferred to a neutral venue in between Chidambaram and Virudhachalam. Hence, HMOP No.89 of 2021 is withdrawn from the file of the Sub Court, Chidambaram and transferred to the Sub https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Court, Panrutti to be tried and disposed of in accordance with law. The Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is disposed of as above. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
