ORDER

This petition has been filed to extend the time to comply the conditions imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.15060 of 2025 by an order dated 16.05.2025.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that this Court while granting anticipatory bail to the petitioner by order dated 16.05.2025, had directed the petitioner to deposit a sum of Rs.10,000/- to the Cancer Institute and also to execute a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties for a like sum to the satisfaction of the Magistrate concerned. He would further submit that due to his health condition, the petitioner is unable to execute the sureties and comply the condition in time, but he had paid a sum of Rs.10,000/- to the credit of Cancer Institute only on 03.06.2025 and had also produced the Challan before this Court. Thereby, he seeks for extension of time to execute the sureties.

3.Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, time is extended for a further period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, to surrender and to execute the sureties for the amount, as ordered by this Court, failing which, the order passed by this Court shall stand automatically cancelled, without any further extension. The other conditions shall remain intact.
