ORDER

The petitioner herein are the members of the 2nd respondent residential association and they have preferred some complaint to the 1st respondent vis-avis the Management of the 2nd respondent. This is now being enquired by the 1st respondent. The petitioner now seeks a direction to the 1st respondent to expedite and conclude the process of enquiry. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and also for both the respondents. 3.This Court is given to understand that the enquiry on the complaint of the petitioners dated 06.06.2022 has commenced and that the 2nd respondent is also participating in the same. This Court therefore requests the 1st respondent to expedite the process of enquiry and conclude it within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4.This writ petition stands disposed of accordingly. No costs. Consequently, the 2/4

connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
