The above criminal miscellaneous petition is filed to condone the delay of 185 days in preferring the criminal revision case.

Heard the learned counsel on either side.

Though Mr.C.D. Sugumar, learned counsel for the respondent expressed objection in the delay being condoned, this Court is satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of the criminal miscellaneous petition.

Accordingly, the delay is condoned and the petition is ordered as prayed for.
