This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 65 days in filing the C.C.No.765 of 2014 on the file of the Fast Track Court No.I, Judicial Magistrate at Coimbatore District dated 09.12.2024.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and perused the materials available on record.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay of 65 days is condoned and the petition is ordered.
